When does Lobster Condo go live?

We're pre-leasing now. Hardware is purchased and deployed once we hit 50 founding members. Expected timeline: 4-6 weeks from hitting that milestone. You're not charged until your condo is live.

Can I visit my lobster?

Yes! Cleveland Rocks is a public climbing gym. Founding members get a free day pass to come see the facility, climb some walls, and check on their agent in person. We're in the historic Ohio City Masonic Temple.

What if I already have OpenClaw running at home?

We'll migrate your entire setup — SOUL.md, memory, configs, everything. Your agent won't miss a beat. Migration assistance is included for all founding members.

Is my data secure?

Your agent runs on dedicated hardware (Suite and above) or an isolated VM (Studio). Your data is physically at our facility, not in a shared cloud. We don't access your agent's files or memory. Ever.

Can I run local models?

Suite tier supports small models (7B parameter). Penthouse tier supports large models (70B). Studio tier is optimized for cloud model usage (Sonnet, GPT, etc.).

What's with the Masonic Temple?

Cleveland Rocks Climbing operates out of the historic Ohio City Masonic Temple — a 30,000 sqft building in one of Cleveland's best neighborhoods. Your AI agent literally lives in a 100+ year old temple. How cool is that?
